This is an awesome interview.

I talked alot about flow in the interview. And Nathan wasn’t in flow. So I politely stopped the interview a third of the way through. The next two thirds is an entirely different interview.

Nathan has bravely published the whole interview, so you can see the difference between in flow and not in flow. We all do this when we’re caught up by our thinking or our ego - when we’re trying to look ‘professional’ or competent, or when we’re trying to rigidly follow a structure.
