Our QoM initial immersion

This programme is for those who are new to our work, who want a short immersion into the basic principles behind Quality of Mind.  

Once complete, it enables you to become part of the QoM Leadership Community. 

What underpins this programme?

In all of our Coaching & Development offerings, we work on all sorts of topics relevant to business leaders: 

• Inner work - such as peace of mind, clarity, confidence, focus, performance; and 

• Outer work - such as team dynamics, conflict, decision-making, employee engagement, culture and strong leadership. 

Our particular unique angle (compared to any other leadership development) is that we help you use your mind better on all of those topics. We're interested in quantum leaps in the way you think and what you do.

So we're not into tools and techniques to help you. We're into helping you have insight - breakthroughs in what and how you think. 

And the Quality of Mind teaching is at the heart of how we help you with that.  

What is this immersion?

It is in effect a subset of our QoM virtual programme. If you don't have time for the full virtual programme, or your main interest is primarily in joining the Community, then this immersion is perfect.     

It includes:

• 4 hours of online modules (including videos/audios and a little homework)

• Three virtual 121 coaching sessions run over 2-3 weeks

Once complete, this gives you immediate access to join the monthly Community sessions.
